MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges & juice
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple with juice
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, mandarin oranges and juice. Bake in 3 pans so you have 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix pineapple and juice with dry pudding mix. Fold into Cool Whip; frost between layers and top.
