PICKLED EGGS 
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tbsp. mustard seed
6 whole cloves
12 hard-boiled eggs
2 onions, sliced

Mix vinegar and prepared mustard. Add water, sugar, salt and spices. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over hard-boiled eggs and onion slices. Refrigerate.

I normally mix my ingredients (excluding spices) with mixer as it mixes the vinegar/mustard best.
