DELICIOUSLY DIFFERENT DIP | |
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter 2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 c. plain lowfat yogurt Assorted fruits for dipping (apple slices, pear slices, pineapple chunks, cantaloupe chunks, seedless grapes, etc.) In a small mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and orange juice until fluffy. Stir in yogurt until smooth. Cover and chill. Best served after ingredients have blended for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with fruit. Makes 1 1/4 cup. |
