DILL DIP 
Only 12 calories per tablespoon.

1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 c. low fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried minced onions
1 tbsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. Beau Monde

Add all ingredients salt and pepper to taste (plus chopped fresh parsley. Refrigerate overnight. USE fresh vegetables for dipping.

Beau Monde: Equal measurements of celery seed, onion salt, regular salt.
