TOMATO PUDDING 
10 oz. can tomato puree
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. bread cubes (toasted)

Combine tomato puree, water and brown sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Place bread cubes in casserole and add melted butter. Pour tomato mixture over the top. Bake covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
