DEJON CHICKEN 
2 boneless chicken breasts, split
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms, fresh or canned
1 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. wine
1 (12 oz.) jar of Heinz homestyle chicken gravy
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. DeJon mustard

In large skillet, brown chicken in butter. Remove to platter. Keep warm. Add mushrooms and onion, saute. Add wine, gravy, milk and mustard. Re-add chicken. Cook on top of stove for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
