SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME | |
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn 1 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/4 c. finely chopped onions 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs In saucepan, heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in beaten egg. Add the 1 cup cracker crumbs, onion, salt and a dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased round baking dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
