SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES | |
8 oz. cream cheese 1/3 c. granulated sugar 1 egg Dash salt 6 oz. chocolate bits 1 pkg. yellow cake mix Cream the cheese with the sugar; beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate bits. Fill paper cups inserted in muffin tins about 2/3 full with prepared cake mix made according to packaged instructions. Drop one rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture onto each cupcake. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. |
