CREAMY FILLING FOR CUPCAKES 
In double boiler heat to 150 degrees: 4 egg whites

Remove from heat and whip at high speed until peaks form; set aside.

In medium bowl add and mix: 1/2 lb. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring Dash of salt

Add 1/2 egg white mixture to bowl and blend well. Add second half of mixture and whip. Makes enough filling for 6 dozen cupcakes; or great for middle of any cake.
