1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. Milnot 2/3 c. Crisco Beat 10 minutes with electric mixer. Add: 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. water 1/4 c. powdered sugar Beat until fluffy. Put in cake decorator and put on top of cupcake. Fill until cupcake bulges. Frost. |
