LOW CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES 
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. flour, all-purpose
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (opt.)

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan, 8"x8"x2" with vegetable spray.

2. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, add cocoa to dissolve. Remove from heat.

3. Add sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla and beat until smooth.

4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake 25 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from sides of pan. Do not over bake. Cool slightly.

5. Dust top lightly with powdered sugar. Three times this recipe will fit a jelly roll pan.
