2 1/2 tbsp. butter, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 egg 1/2 c. flour minus 1 tbsp. 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray square pan with Pam. With electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. While mixing, add cocoa and egg. By hand, stir in flour and nuts. Spread mixture into pan. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Tastes too good to be low calorie! |
