BAR-B-QUED SHRIMP MARINADE 
1 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic flakes

Melt or microwave in saucepan. Dip peeled raw shrimp in marinade. Place on skewers. Using an electric indoor grill place skewers on grill and cook until tender, turning once and basting once. Serve over seasoned rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
