BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. ground round
2 med. onions
4 c. uncooked noodles
4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Brown beef and onions; add salt and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange noodles on top of meat. Pour tomato juice over noodles. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Mix flour and sour cream until smooth. Stir into mixture; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
