CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter

Make cake mix according to directions. Pour 1/2 in a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Boil caramels, butter and milk until caramels are completely melted. Pour over baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramels. Pour remaining cake mix on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
