CHOCOLATE CARAMEL NUT CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1/3 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk chocolate morsels

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Spoon half of batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Will not test done. Combine butter, milk, and caramels in a saucepan. Cook over low heat; stir constantly until caramels are melted. Spread over cake. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate morsels over caramel mixture. Spread remaining cake batter evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut.
