BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli flowerettes (uncooked)
1/2 red onion sliced thin (can be less as desired)
1 lb. cooked bacon - crisp and crumble
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix dressing and pour over ingredients. Make day ahead and refrigerate. Can keep 3-4 days in refrigerator. Serves 8.
