CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
4 c. thinly shredded raw cauliflower
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 - 1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. salad or olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl mix vegetables and set aside. Now mix all ingredients for dressing. Combine vegetables and dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate, covered at least 4 hours. This recipe is well worth all the work involved. A Mart family favorite.
