BROCCOLI CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
2 heads fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. peanut or olive oil
5 green onions
1 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. dill seed

Cook chicken, cool and dice. Cut broccoli into flowerettes and cook 5 minutes in boiling water with 2 tablespoons oil added. Remove broccoli from stove, put in cold water, drain well. Add chicken, broccoli, onions, parsley and dill seed.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
Pinch sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Salt, to taste
1 lg. garlic bulb, crushed

Mix above ingredients. Pour over above chicken and toss. Serve cold.
