LASAGNA ROLLUPS 
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
Medium size jar of favorite tomato sauce
3/4 hamburger (browned) or finely chopped chicken

Combine Ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Spread an even layer on each cooked noodle. Spread a layer of cooked meat on top of cheese mixture. Roll up noodle and place in an 8 x 8 baking dish over a thin layer of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over rolled noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
