MUSHROOM-CHICKEN BAKE 
6 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into bite size pieces or nuggets
Eggs, well beaten
Progresso bread crumbs
2 (4 oz.) cans drained mushrooms
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can College Inn chicken broth
Parmesan cheese, grated

Beat several eggs (enough to cover chicken) and marinate chicken pieces in egg overnight. Bread chicken with bread crumbs and brown each piece in a skillet. Place browned chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add mushrooms and chicken broth. Top with a covering of grated Parmesan cheese. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
