BEST POTATOES AU GRATIN 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese

Put hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan (buttered), then salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, melted butter and cheese. Mix soup and milk and pour into casserole. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
