CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boneless chicken breasts, split
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
6 thin slices ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
Salt & pepper
Paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

Pound chicken breast until thin. Place on each piece of chicken a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Roll up each one and secure with toothpick. Sprinkle paprika on top and season to taste. Mix chicken soup and broth until smooth. Pour soup mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
