CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut frozen broccoli
4 slices rye or whole wheat bread (cut in pieces)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked turkey or chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fully cooked ham
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 of 6 oz. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese

Rinse broccoli under water, thaw and separate. Pat dry. Line bottom of 8x8x2 inch microwave baking dish with bread. Top with shredded chicken, ham and broccoli. Stir onion powder into soup and pour over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill overnight, if desired.

To cook: Cover dish with vented plastic wrap. Micro cook on medium (50%) 13-15 minutes for unchilled dish - chilled dish cook 18-20 minutes or until heated through giving dish a half turn once.

Can be baked in regular oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
