CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sauterne wine or water

Wash, drain, salt, and pepper chicken breasts. Put one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese in chicken. Fold, so ham and cheese are inside and secure with toothpick. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix chicken soup, sour cream, and sauterne (or water). Pour over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
