HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. white flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
20 oz. pineapple (crushed and juice)
2 c. cut up bananas
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and stir together until smooth. Add pineapple, bananas and nuts. Bake in 9x13 greased pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 (11 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Have cream cheese at room temperature, also butter. Put all in a blender or mixer and whip until smooth. Spread on cool cake.
