BIRD OF PARADISE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. banana flavoring
1/2 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix the six dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in the eggs and oil. Do not use a mixer. Add the 3 flavorings, stirring well. Add the pineapple, bananas and pecans. Mix well. This is a large cake, so grease and flour a 10 1/2 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until testing done. Frost with cream cheese icing.
