3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes in greased and floured angel food pan. Good with powdered sugar and butter icing.
