HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
1 c. (8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add beaten eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla, butter flavor, pineapple, pecans and banana. Spoon batter into 9x13 greased and floured cake pan (or three 9" pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Frost.
