Sift together dry ingredients:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

Add:

2 c. diced bananas
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

Stir to blend mixture (DO NOT BEAT). Pour into greased angel food or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve plain with whipped cream or drizzle powdered sugar and milk mixed to thin consistency over.
