PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 pork chops
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
6 carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced thin

GRAVY:

Pork chop drippings
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water

Brown chops. Spray bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with no stick cooking spray. Layer potatoes and carrots on bottom. Lay chops on top, then onion. Make gravy and pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
