SOUTHERN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops (not thin sliced)
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced onions
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender. Baste occasionally.
