PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
4 med. potatoes, uncooked, peeled, and thinly sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. water
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown chops; drain on absorbent paper. Butter 2 quart oblong baking dish; arrange potatoes, mushrooms, and chops. In small bowl, combine water and onion soup mix. Pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
