PIZZA QUICHE 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury Ready pie crust
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
5 oz. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare pie crust using 9 inch pie pan or quiche pan. Layer cheeses in pie crust lined pan. Top with pepperoni and mushrooms. In bowl, combine milk, eggs, seasoning and garlic; beat well. Pour mixture over mushrooms.

Bake 40-45 minutes, let stand 15 minutes before serving. Meanwhile heat up spaghetti sauce until heated. To serve, cut quiche into wedges, spoon spaghetti sauce over each wedge.
