PERFECT MEATBALLS (Italian) 
4 slices white bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Soak bread in water 2 minutes. Squeeze excess moisture. Combine bread with rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into meat balls. Drop in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir carefully.
