MARINATED CARROTS 
2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 med. sweet onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. hot mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool; add onion. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate at least 12 hours. Preparation: 15 minutes. Easy, must do ahead. Serves 10 to 12.
