GRILLED CHICKEN - PICANTE 
4 chicken breasts, boned or bone in
1 tsp. fajita seasoning (Bolner's)
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Picante sauce
2 or 3 green onions, chopped

Season chicken with fajita seasoning. Grill or broil chicken until done. With meat side, place 1-2 tablespoons picante sauce on each chicken breast. Top with cheeses. Place under broiler until melted. Add 1 tablespoon picante and green onions. Serve.
