CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
1 1/3 c. uncooked rice (not instant type)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
2 soup cans of water
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 lbs. chicken parts (I use breasts, drumsticks)

Put rice in roasting pan - add onion soup, cream of chicken soup and water; mix. Lay chicken parts skin side up on top of mixture. Pour melted butter on top of chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue baking 15 more minutes to brown chicken.
