QUICK FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 c. cream
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Tiny grating of nutmeg
8-10 oz. fettucini noodles

In large pan bring 3 quarts of water to boil, then drop fettucini and cover so it returns to a boil. Cook 6 minutes or as the package directs.

In large pan put in 2/3 cream and butter; heat. When fettucini is done, drain it thoroughly and transfer it to the pan containing butter and cream. Toss the noodles, then add the rest of the cream, all the cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 5 shakes of pepper and the nutmeg. Toss lightly, serve immediately with additional grated Parmesan on the side.
