5 oz. heavy cream 1 stick butter 1 c. grated Romano cheese 1 lb. Ricotta 1 lb. Fettucini Pour Fettucini in large pot of boiling salted water. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Add cream and Ricotta cheese. Mix well. Drain pasta and put in large bowl. Sprinkle grated Romano cheese over pasta. Toss gently. Pour sauce over pasta. Serves 6. |
