FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
1 lb. med. egg noodles

Melt butter in large pan over low heat. Mix in noodles (cooked as package directions). Add black pepper and mix again. Beat egg yolks into heavy cream and add 1 tablespoon cheese. Pour slowly over noodles and toss lightly until warmed and creamy. Add remaining pepper and cheese to taste.
