FRENCH BREAD ITALIAN 
1 loaf French bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. Romano cheese
3 drops hot sauce
Oregano, parsley
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Grease 8x12 glass baking dish. Split bread in half lengthwise and place cut side up in dish. Mix eggs, milk, Romano cheese and hot sauce with rotary beater. Pour over bread and allow to soak 30 minutes.

Crumble sausage over bread mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley to taste. Microwave on High 10 minutes. Spread spaghetti sauce over bread and sausage; sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Microwave on High 6-8 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
