2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together vanilla, sugar, eggs, and butter. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Add to sugar-egg mixture. Add apples, raisins, and nuts. Spread mix into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
