RAW APPLE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar substitute
2 egg replacers, beaten with water
1 3/4 chopped tart red cooking apples (2 lg.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. fructose
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. raisins and dates

Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, cloves and walnuts. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat applesauce, fructose and brown sugar substitute until creamy. Beat in egg replacers until well blended. Stir in flour mixture, then oats, apples, raisins and dates. Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart on Pam-sprayed cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 60.
