APPLE TAPIOCA PUDDING 
8 c. tart apples, sliced thin
1/3 c. minute tapioca
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 c. hot water

Mix all the ingredients together and put in a buttered 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until apples are soft. Stir twice during baking, 15 minute intervals.
