BRIMMING WITH BROCCOLI TART 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Bake pie shell in a 400 oven for 5 minutes. Defrost broccoli in a bowl. Drain all moisture from it.

In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add the broccoli and pour carefully into prepared shell. Bake 325 for a glass plate - 350 for a metal one for 35-40 minutes. Test for doneness by placing a knife in the center. This recipe works just as well with chopped spinach.
