PEPPERMINT DELIGHT 
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Pet milk
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix crushed Oreo cookies and 1/2 stick melted butter together. Press in 9x13 inch pan and freeze.

Take 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream softened and spread over cookie mixture. Freeze. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1/2 stick butter. Cool slightly and add 1 cup powdered sugar and 3/4 cup Pet milk. Spread over ice cream. Top with 9 oz. Cool Whip. Top with colored sprinkles. 24 servings.
