SALISBURY STEAK 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Generous dash of pepper
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients, except water; mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish, 10 x 14 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water. Pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes more. Serves 6.
