SALISBURY STEAK 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water

In medium bowl thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg; firmly shape into 6 patties. Over medium heat, heat 10 minute skillet until very hot. Add patties; cook 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Pour off fat. Stir remaining soup and water into skillet. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
