CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes
2 tsp. salt
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese with chives, cubed
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. heavy cream
Paprika

Cook potatoes with 1 teaspoon salt in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain well. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, garlic salt, pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Mix until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream, mixing until smooth after each addition. Turn potato mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at once or cover with foil; refrigerate.

Dot top of potatoes with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Increase heat to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes more or until hot. Makes 12 servings. Enjoy!
